Note: Pre-Sale items ship direct from suppliers usually within 1-10 days, after payment is received. Your order will be placed as soon as payment is received. Our suppliers usually maintain high quantities of items in stock at all times. NOTE: a very popular item may temporarily run out of stock, if this happens the buyer will be given the option of a full refund or have item placed on backorder status.

Shipping: Ships through out the 48 continental United States and the District of Columbia (No P.O. / A.P.O. Boxes) Shipping and Handling fees vary item to item and are set at a flat rate on each item. We use standard ground shipping services, and for larger items freight. Insurance is included in shipping.

Insurance: Most suppliers use standard ground services such as USPS, UPS, DHL, or FED-EX and insurance is already included in the shipping and handling fee.

Refund: Refunds are given only when theres a cancelation during processing, or delays i.e. backorders, and are only given by request (before shipping). All Items our sold AS IS but are subject to Warranties unless noted. Orders that have already been shipped are subject to the Shipping Insurance, and the shipping service policies.

Returns: Returns are subject to policies set by the supplier of the item, unless noted there is no such policy, and thus no Returns our noted or implied. If theres a Return policy noted, and a Return is requested then a Return merchandise authorization (RMA) request will be filled through email correspondence, and subject for review by the supplier, so please proved enough detail for faster service, if approved, a RMA number with instructions will be sent to you in your email. Depending on the supplier policy (if noted or implied) you may receive a full or partial refund (restocking fees) or a replacement item.

AS IS: All items both new and refurbished are sold in this condition, being Pre-Sale items I have no knowledge of there true condition, color, or any details pertaining to the item, other then the Manufacturers description and item research. Most items have there on Warranties, and Supplier policies concerning returns, refunds, and replacement after processing has ended. In some cases Warranties specify return to retailer for replacement, or refund, in these cases the item Warranty is void, and is subject to the AS IS condition. In some select cases if problems cant be resolved, I will purchase the item from the customer, paying the Price Paid + Your Shipping Cost + Cost to ship to me / Price + (2x Shipping)= negative cost to ship to me give you your total cost.

Backorders: Backorder simply mean the supplier is out of the item at the time an order is placed, although I do my best to insure that this does not happen, buy selling items with high quantities, however often an item is so hot that those quantities dwindle down pretty fast. So what happen is a wait list of sorts is established, to insure that when the next shipment comes in that those on that list will receive it in the order in which the orders were received. During this time you may wonder where your item is, do not fear I am hear to keep you informed. And under my refund policy if an item goes into Backorder status, you may request a refund. But why would you want to do that, when you will own one of the hottest selling items.

Trade Marks: All Trade Marked items are license to third party suppliers, all Trade Marked names mentioned are licensed to there license holders and there subsidiaries.
